FAQ for Students
You can request for a tutor by filling out a simple form here. Alternatively, you can call/sms us at 97258111.
No agent fee is required.
You can terminate a tutor at any time. However, there are no free trial lessons and you will have to pay the tutor for the number of lessons taught. As it may take at least 3-6 months before you might be able to see significant improvement in your child’s results, it is encouraged that parents give the tutor a chance to demonstrate their teaching abilities.
An invoice will be sent to you by sms/email upon confirmation of the assignment. For the first month, Edu Aid tuition will collect 50% of the tutor’s tuition fee from you at the end of the 2nd week. At the end of the 4th week, you will pay the tutor the balance 50% of the tuition fees. For subsequent months, you will pay full tuition fees to the tutor directly. Commission will be deducted from the tutor’s tuition fee. You do not have to pay for anything.
Collection of commission will always be at the end of the 2nd week of lessons, regardless of whether there is a change of dates for the lessons. (I.e. for 4 lessons a month, if the first lesson is on Tuesday, the agency will collect the commission on the following Tuesday regardless of whether the day for 2nd lesson has been brought forward or delayed by either the client or the tutor).
